OUR POLICY

Late Policy

Your appointment time it is reserved especially for you. We recommend an arrival time of 15 minutes early for all appointments allowing you time to relax prior to your service. If you arrive late for your appointment, it will end as scheduled so as not to delay the next scheduled guest. Our cancellation policy allows enough time to inform our standby guests of any availability and keep our Artist's schedule filled.

Color Cancellations

We ask to hold all color reservations with a card, and we may require a "hold" transaction to reserve a large time slot.

We ask for a 24 hour notice for any cancellation or reschedule of appointments, due to the high demand of time for our service providers and guests. If a cancellation is not made within 24 hours or less, a 50% fee of services booked will be charged. If a cancellation is made within 4 hours, or you fail to show, a fee of 100% will be applied to your account. This will be charged to the card on file or added to your account and must be paid before booking any future appointments.

By booking with us, you are agreeing to this cancellation fee.

Credit Card Charge

Please note a 3% credit card fee will be applied to all card transactions. Cash transactions not subject to surcharge.

Hair Adjustments

Our goal is that you love your look - period. Guests may contact us within 7 days of their service(s) for any changes that they require. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you within 7 days of the original service. If you request/require an additional service to achieve your desired look - and you did not originally receive that service - you will be charged full price for the service.

Gratuities

If you choose to reward your service provider with a tip for excellent service, please note that gratuities can not be added to your bill. There is an ATM on the premises with a nominal fee for your convenience.

Children and pets

All children are welcome with an appointment under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Service animals are welcome.

Personal Items

Bhava Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen property. To protect your personal items, we request that you remove earrings prior to all color and style services.

Products

Your satisfaction is important to us! You may receive a store credit for opened/unopened products within 30 days of original purchase. We can not accept returns from other Aveda stores or salons.

Gift Cards

All gift cards sales are final. Gift cards are like cash and can NOT be replaced if lost or stolen.
