Cancellations

We will gladly handle your reservation and

waive our cancellation fee with 24 hours

notice prior to changing or cancelling your

appointment. If you reschedule or cancel

your appointment within 24 hours of your

appointment time you will be required to

place a deposit for future appointments up

to the full price of all scheduled service(s).

*Please note that if you arrive late for your

appointment, it will end as scheduled so as

not to delay the next scheduled guest. We

recommend you arrive 15 minutes early for all

appointments allowing you time to relax prior

to your service.

Gratuities

If you choose to reward your service provider

with a tip for excellent service, please not that

gratuities can not be added to your bill. There is

an ATM on the premises with a nominal fee for

your convenience.

Children

All salon services on children under the age of

16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal

guardian;This is to maintain our commitment

to quality. For the comfort and relaxation of our

guests, and for the safety of your children,

please come alone to your service. If your

child is receiving a service we welcome them,

but please make alternate arrangements for

your children during your service. We would

love for you to relax as well!

Personal Items

Bhāva Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen

property.To protect yourpersonal items, we

request that you remove earrings prior to all

color and style services.

Products

Your satisfaction is important to us! You may

exchange any product or receive a store credit

for products only, within 30 days of original

purchase. We can not accept returns from

other Aveda stores or salons.

Gift Cards

All gift cards sales are final. Gift cards are like

cash and can NOT be replaced if lost or stolen.
