Cancellations

We will gladly handle your reservation and waive our cancellation fee with 24 hours notice prior to changing or canceling your

appointment. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time you will be required to place a

deposit for future appointments up to the full price of all scheduled service(s). If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 12 hours of

 

Please note that if you arrive late for your appointment, it will end as scheduled so as not to delay the next scheduled guest.  We recommend

that you arrive 15 minutes early for all appointments allowing you time to relax prior to your service.

 

Gratuties
 

If you choose to reward your service provider with a tip for excellent service, please note that tips are cash only and can not be added to a credit

card. There is an ATM on the premises with a nominal service fee for your convenience.

 

Children

All salon services on children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian; this is to maintain our commitment to

quality. For the comfort and relaxation of our guests, and for the safety of your children, please come alone to your service. If your child is

receiving a service we welcome them, but please make alternate arrangements for your children during your service. We would love for you to

relax as well!

 

Personal Items

Bhāva Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen property.  To protect your personal items, we request that you remove earrings prior to all

color and style services.  

 

Products

Customer may exchange unopened products with a valid receipt within 30 days of purchase and get a store credit for full amount. 

We cannot accept returns from other Aveda stores and salons.

 

Gift Cards

All gift card sales are final. Gift Cards are like cash and can NOT be replaced if lost or stolen.

 

Services

Color services are guaranteed for 2 weeks with the use of Aveda recommended products. Haircut adjustments must be made within 10 days of

original haircut. If you are not entirely satisfied with your color or cutting service, please call and schedule a complimentary redo within four days. The redo policy does not

cover a change in the color or style. Bhāva Salon will not be liable nor redo color that has been done outside of the salon. Corrective color usually requires more than one

service to achieve desired results.Because of the nature of home-coloring products, we can not guarantee color services if a client has previously had color done outside our

salon.
